It is a bit difficult to understand how a child in Kindergarten would need assignment help. We have used our standard criteria to prepare the following review, and that has included the content on the site, Myassignmenthelp.com testimonials which are published on the site, a review of any sample writings that are provided, information about the writers, the products and customer service, pricing, benefits, and Myassignmenthelp.com company reviews we have found on the web. We also placed an order for a college research paper ourselves. These are the results of our study.

Writer Quality

The site boasts that it has over 3,000 writers all of whom have Ph.D. degrees. We find this astonishing and certainly hard to believe. There are other impossible boasts as well, such as the promise of an urgent Ph.D. dissertation order filled within 72 hours – all original research and writing. This claim was reinforced when we called the customer support department to ask.

Quality of writers can only be judged by the products they produce. Here are our findings:

• The content on the site is so poorly written, it is impossible that an educated native English-speaking writer has crafted it. And yet, the site insists that all writers are ENL professionals

• The samples are wither terribly written or come from databases of free writings – we have seen them on other questionable sites.

• Myassignmenthelp reviews are quite disparaging relative to product quality

• The paper we ordered was replete with grammatical and composition errors and resources that were far too elementary for a college paper.

Overall, our Myassignmenthelp rating relative to product quality is “Poor.”

 

 

Customer Support/Quality Control

We contacted the customer support department three times asking a variety of questions. The reps were non-native English speaking individuals, and it was difficult to understand them at times. We were told via live chat that only the best English-speaking writer would be assigned to our order. This was not the case.

Given the poor quality of written products, we cannot attest to any type of quality control, other than the promise of revisions. We did not request revisions to our paper, because it was our strong belief that the results would be similar.

Ordering and Receiving Products and Services

Almost all of the customers stated that they did receive their orders on time, as did we. Most, however, had to request several revisions and this compromised their assignment due dates.

There is no way to contact an assigned writer. Any issues must go through the customer support department. This is unusual for writing services today – most set up communication systems between customers and writers.

Our 8-page paper with a 7-day deadline was $105.40. the price is calculated after the order details are provided, and we were almost unable to locate any Myassignmenthelp discounts. Finally, we located special pricing under the “offers” link. Discounts are only given when multiple orders are placed within very short time frames or simultaneously. There are no Myassignmenthelp.com coupons, promo codes, etc. available for discounted pricing in other instances.

Off-Site Feedback

As stated above, there are numerous complaints about product quality and revision completion on review sites and social media. In general, Myassignmenthelp reviews are not favorable.
